Hi, I’m Chloe — an Intake & Rostering Supervisor here at Chosen Family and a third-year Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) student. I’m passionate about people, processes, and making sure the right supports are matched with the right participants.

Every day, I’m connecting with clients, families, support workers, and coordinators to make sure onboarding runs smoothly and schedules meet individual needs. Whether it’s an urgent referral, a complex rostering challenge, or making sure all compliance boxes are ticked, I’m committed to getting it right — and doing it with empathy, clarity, and care.

I bring a broad mix of experience from customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, and warehouse operations, which means I’m used to working in fast-paced environments where you need to adapt quickly and still deliver great outcomes. In this role, I combine those skills with my HR studies to improve systems, strengthen communication, and create positive experiences for everyone involved.

I’m especially passionate about advocating for people who might not have a voice in the room and ensuring they feel seen, heard, and respected. For me, it’s not just about ticking off tasks — it’s about building trust, creating solutions, and helping people thrive.
