Each month, we will recognise one outstanding Support Worker for their commitment, initiative, and embodiment of Chosen Family’s core values. The winner will receive a $150 gift voucher. Additionally, one Support Worker will be selected as our Support Worker of the Year. This recognition will come with prizes for both the winning support worker and the nominating client, including a $1,000 gift card for the support worker and a $500 gift card for the client. This initiative aims to acknowledge and celebrate excellence throughout the year.
