Jamie Bugeja-Naidoo

With a background in healthcare and a strong desire to provide more meaningful, person-centred support, I found myself drawn to the values and opportunities within the NDIS sector. My journey began with a sense that something was missing in my earlier roles, while I was helping people, I often lacked the space to truly connect with them as individuals. Embracing person-centred care has transformed not only how I support others but also deepened my understanding of the NDIS framework and its capacity to empower people in ways that are tailored, respectful, and genuinely impactful.

I hold a Diploma in Graphic Design and am currently studying nursing to become a registered nurse. Outside of work and study, I enjoy rollerblading and building Lego.
